Meet Your Therapist
Leigh Franks (MSc, BSc, MNCPS Acc.)

My name is Leigh Franks and I provide high quality counselling to help connect you with an inner peace.

As well as a level three and five diploma in counselling. I also hold a

-
Psychology Degree
-
Masters in Mental Health Clinical Research
-
National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Advanced Leadership Award

My experience working within the field of mental health for over 18 years has given me a broad and in-depth knowledge which helps guide the work I do with clients. I have yet to work with a client, whose behaviours and struggles don't make sense once we explore their story.

Every session is personalised to meet your needs and focuses on what you want to work towards in each therapy session. I work collaboratively with all my clients and review the work we are doing on a regular basis to ensure we keep working on what's important to you.
It is essential to me that I offer quality therapy to each client at each session, which is why I limit the number of clients I work with each week to allow me to focus on your unique circumstances in detail.
It can take as little as 6 weekly sessions to start to see and feel a difference. The process begins with a 20 minute no obligation discovery call. This call is to see if we are a good fit and if I am the right person for you to work with.
