POWer Hour

What is it?​

Exactly how it sounds. A scheduled one-off counselling hour (50 mins) to check-in or top up on previous sessional work. These can be scheduled in annually, every 6 months or every 2 months, monthly, to offer protected time for you and your wellbeing.  This service is offered to all clients who have completed a minimum of five previous counselling sessions with Talking Frankly Therapy.

 

Alternatively, these sessions can be booked in when time may be needed to reflect on a specific situation or event that has occurred. Please note this is not a crisis service, it is a 50 minute counselling session for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. If you require crisis support, please contact your GP, Call NHS 111 or in a mental health emergency please go to A&E.​
